I dont recommend at all. All in all my experience was horrible and i will give it (1/10) and the 1 goes to the location. -Rooms are literally “shoe boxes” no space even for the handbag. -Sewage smell at the room. -Some rooms with no windows. -Windows isolation is zero (you hear everything out in the street). -You can hear and track every toilet flush in the hotel from your room. -They have only single rooms, even if you ask for a double room you will just pay extra for the same single room.

Best hotel in istanbul especially the location near galata port and karakoy. They have a good lounge at 7th floor it’s called Zebra lounge must visit it. Also The manager in the reception his name Latif he was so kind and helpful to us I will recommend this hotel and i will visit it again for sure.

I've been in many places in this city, this hotel is considerably good for the mini vacation in Istanbul. Staff is nice people, rooms are clean, smell is good, view is awesome, me and my friends are gonna come again :) recommend to everyone who visits this city.

Great staff especially the receptionist man Latif. Zebra theme is amazing in all aspects.modern and everything is too nice and near to Galata port opposite of there is mall and nice view to see. Anything you need is around you in that area. We really enjoyed the staying.

Photos dont reflect the reals ,rooms very bad , bad smells, very small rooms, bed and mattress are small uncomfortable,the bed covers about 90% of the room space, some of the rooms has no windows at all, they are un co-operative(we asked to change the room because of the bad sewage smell but they refuse saying it's full), highly not recommended ,also it's too much over priced

Really good hotel with perfect location: Galataport is 2 mins walk, the public transport is right there, close to all best shopping malls. The service is very good, all staff is very kind and pleasant. The view from our room was incredible, we could see the Bosphorus. Moreover, there is one of the best lounges on the roof top of the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended!

The location and the workers there so bad attitude and dirty place and you can’t sleep from the zebra lounge and the people between rooms and they are too much think about everything for them for service money money money and they don’t tell you before and the highest prices for room and it’s not deserve services too much slowly ☹️
